Our highly valued client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing team! 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle proprietary and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Draft complex commercial lease agreements and various business contracts
  • Serve as the primary contact with lawyers, brokers and vendors
  • Oversee HR functions including hiring, onboarding and record management
  • Manage office administration, equipment and expenses
  • Process accounts payable invoices and maintain proper documentation
  • Oversee travel arrangements for directors, CEO and other executives
  • Act as a liaison on IT matters with external vendors on computers and phones
  • Work with Property Administrators on day-to-day operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the organization as required
  • Participate in ad hoc or special projects as directed by senior management

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of administration experience in a professional setting
  • Hands-on experience in reviewing/drafting leases, legal documents and various policies
  • Competent with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience working in the property management industry is a huge asset
  • A team player with strong leadership, analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management, work well under pressure and able to meet multiple deadlines
