Our highly valued client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle proprietary and sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Draft complex commercial lease agreements and various business contracts
- Serve as the primary contact with lawyers, brokers and vendors
- Oversee HR functions including hiring, onboarding and record management
- Manage office administration, equipment and expenses
- Process accounts payable invoices and maintain proper documentation
- Oversee travel arrangements for directors, CEO and other executives
- Act as a liaison on IT matters with external vendors on computers and phones
- Work with Property Administrators on day-to-day operations
- Identify and implement process improvements across the organization as required
- Participate in ad hoc or special projects as directed by senior management
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of administration experience in a professional setting
- Hands-on experience in reviewing/drafting leases, legal documents and various policies
- Competent with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Prior experience working in the property management industry is a huge asset
- A team player with strong leadership, analytical skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management, work well under pressure and able to meet multiple deadlines
